Music and Video Games

I got bored and I’ve put together a small selection of my favorite video game trailers along with the music used in that particular trailer.
I love music and I love playing video games, figured I’d write about something unrelated to photography.

not in any order of preference.

if you fancy a UK preview… here’s one from whatdigitalcamera.com

as for unboxing the fujiguys from Fujifilm Canada did one a few weeks back.

word on the street is that it’s gonna be available at the IT show here in singapore this weekend and it’s going for SGD$1699 with a few free goodies.. not sure what they are but i think hopefully stuff like the case, hood and a spare battery? don’t take my word for it though.. also i’ve heard that selected retailers will be stocking it too.. but without the goodies. it’ll go for a street price of SGD$1499. thats about all i know from reading around the internet..

i’m so excited that the camera is finally here.. can’t wait to get my hands on one and go out shooting again! with a FUJI!! woot woot! it’s going to be a fantastic month.
i really hope i get one.. OMG OMG i’m going to pass out.

Remembering Landscapes

Today’s weather was a little hot, but perfect for a late afternoon walkabout the with a camera.

I used to walk this route to an empty patch of land that’s near my area.. haven’t been there for about 5 years.. nothing’s changed. it still looks the same.. except now to me it looks less like Singapore… hmmm.

anyway I’m going to start pushing myself to take more long photo walks to where ever more often.. i miss how you just walk aimlessly anywhere taking photos.. the thrill of getting a lovely shot you’d never expect.

OK.. anyway.. less talking more pictures.. this is after all going to be a picture post.

more pictures after the break. (pictures are random picks)

Give me some love FujiFilm! X100 love

i don’t mean to be a camera geek and all.. but i can’t help it! I’m in love with Fujifilm cameras all over again! check out the X100! it’s a beauty!

ok… maybe my excitement may be a tad over the top for now. But I’ve never felt so much for a Fuji camera since the S2Pro… i was totally disappointed with the S3pro and totally lost hope with the S5pro.. i know this may be a totally different camera from the S pros..  but i’m talking about the excitement over a fuji camera! this announcement came as surprise for alot of us who are expecting just another M4/3 camera.. this is a total shocker!

here’s a promo vid for it.

Mae Pang S/S 2010 BTS

well sort of….

It’s my first time uploading a video and setting up a vimeo account. A small preview of things to come.
I really would want to shoot more detailed BTS videos to share with everyone interested.. and i’ve also actually met someone willing to come down to my shoots when i have them to shoot the BTS, how nice of him.

anyway.. here’s a video shot by my friend ray with his digital harinezumi. it’s nothing pro, so don’t be expecting too much out for it. a few months overdue… but at least there’s something to watch!  enjoy.
